THE ITALIAN NATIONAL VOLLEYBALL TEAM SHIRT GOES INTO SPACE

It's all true! The Italian national volleyball team shirt will be travelling into space!

The Italian Space Agency's Diversity Day took place in Rome on 27 February, and featured “Diversity and Inclusivity” as its main topics. These are issues on which the attention of all working environments, including that of the space sector, has increasingly been focused in recent years. Also taking part in the conference was former international volleyball player Nadia Centoni who spoke about her experience as member the Italian national team.

The event was marked by the announcement of a collaboration between the Italian Space Agency and the Italian Volleyball Federation that will feature Italy’s European Space Agency astronaut, Luca Parmitano, and the Italian national volleyball team shirt, sporting the Erreà logo, that will be lifting off for the International Space Station in the next few months.
