Erreà produces and donates special suits to Croce Gialla in Parma

The special suits present elevated water-repellent and antibacterial properties thanks to the use of nanotechnologies.
As contribution towards fighting the battle against the Covid-19 pandemic, Erreà has taken the initiative of producing and donating special suits by making available all the experience acquired in years of manufacturing sports clothing and researching technical fabrics.
After an in-depth study, Erreà has come up with special suits that healthcare workers will use to manage people affected by Covid-19 from one ward to another of Parma and province hospitals.
The special suits are made out of Ti-Energy exclusive fabric, in which silver and titanium nano-particles are built in directly into the fibers of the fabric in order to provide water-repellent and antibacterial properties. These nano-particles are able to create a barrier that prevents any liquid from penetrating and to fight bacterial proliferation thanks to the presence of silver. These qualities are essential as people take special precautions because of the spread of the Covid-19.
The special suits, thanks to their revolutionary fabric, can be easily washed off, sanitized and quickly dried to ensure clean ones for each patient movement, to help protecting workers health.
A little contribution to healthcare workers who are operating 24/7 to face this emergency, with the intent that everyone, in their own way, can contribute to do their part during this unprecedented time.
